The materials are sold in audiobook, eBook, video and software format and customers can also book private video sessions with the team of coding consultants. These sessions can be used as a project management tool, or as private tuition.

In order to use the website www.squibzz.co and to make full use of its products and service then customers will need to first read and accept all of the following terms and conditions. If a customer does not accept these terms and conditions, then they may not use this website or access these services.

Coding services

In order to access the coding resources offered on www.squibzz.co then customers need to create an account.
There are no membership, subscription or enrolment fees for any of the products or services which are offered on this website.
When creating an account, customers will be required to enter some personal information – to make sure you fully understand how this information may be used it is important to also read our privacy policy.
When submitting their personal information in order to create an account – customers must represent and warrant that all the information that they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge.
The website www.squibzz.co reserves the right to cancel, modify or change its services or courses offered at any time.
We will not be held liable for any errors or omissions which may appear in any part of this service at any time.
All payments for all course materials made available on www.squibzz.co must be made in full and in advance.

Coding consultations

Consultations with coding professionals may be booked online through the website www.squibzz.co.
These sessions could be used for a variety of different purposes, which h includes but is not limited to: additional learning support, career advice and project management for coding and website development projects.
When requesting a consultation with a member of the team, the customer will be asked to fill in a form informing us with as much information as possible with regards to their expected outcomes of the private consultations. We need this information to be able to connect them with the best suited coding instructor. Therefore, we ask all customers to provide as much information as possible at this stage.
Prices for this service start at $31.56 per hour, and sessions are booked in hourly slots.
Multiple sessions may be booked at once, but all sessions must be paid for in advance.

Payments and delivery

The website www.squibzz.co accepts both Visa and Mastercard as accepted forms of payment for its products and services.
All payments a processed using a secure third party payment provider, and this is protected using secure socket layer (SSL) technology at all times.
All payments shall be processed immediately and SQSST, NIGERIA shall appear on bank statements as the billing descriptor for all products and services purchased through the website.
All invoices and payment records shall be sent to the email address which is associated with the registered customer’s account on www.squibzz.co. Therefore, we ask customers to ensure that their information is correct and to review this regularly.
The delivery of all courses should be instant and all files should arrive no later than within 24 hours. In the event it has been more than 24 hours and you have still not received your course material then please get in touch with a member of the team using the information at the end of this document.

Refunds and cancellations

All the courses sold on www.squibzz.co come with a money back guarantee which can only be exercised in the following limited circumstances which include: a) if the course has not been delivered within 24 hours, b) if the course material is faulty or there is a corruption on the file, c) if the course material is not downloading properly, or d) if the incorrect course has been delivered.
If any of the above occur then customers may contact our customer services department to request a refund or exchange provided the request is made within 72 hours of the customer receiving the materials.
We do not offer refunds for the consultation services. If the customer is unhappy, then they may choose to discontinue this service at any time and without prior warning.

Terminations

Please be advised that www.squibzz.co may terminate any accounts with immediate effect and without prior warning in the event of a violation of any of these terms and conditions.

Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless the website www.squibzz.co its employees, accessors, agents, officers and directors, from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or debts as well as expenses (including any legal fees) which result or arise from your use and access of this service or a breach of these terms and conditions.
